How do I know who will be on my ballot?

Sample ballots are available on our website for each district. Candidate information is also available on the Virginia Department of Election website.

This year (2023):

  • Every precinct will be voting for the VA State Senate, House of Delegates, and Constitutional offices.
  • If you live in Cuckoo District, Louisa District, or Jackson District, you will also have Board of Supervisors and School Board.
  • If you live in the Town of Mineral, you will also be voting for Town Council.
