LCRC Dental Program & Medical Outreach Services Location 147 Resource Lane Louisa, VA Phone: 540-967-1510	The Medical Outreach Services, a medication assistance and medical care program, grew out of the Council’s concern about the lack of adequate and affordable primary and preventive medical care for many of its citizens who live below federal poverty levels and who do not qualify for government health programs. The program explores affordable health care options for income-eligible residents of Louisa County. This program is administered by the Louisa County Resource Council (LCRC), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization serving Louisa County residents in need.

Begun in 1992, our agency has five separate programs in place to care for children, the elderly, and families who are at risk of hunger or health problems caused by their inability to get enough nutritious food to eat. The Louisa County Resource Council (LCRC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides community based services to Louisa County residents in need.
