About the Area
Come ride or walk the equestrian trails on the original battlefield of the Battle of Trevilian Station in historic Louisa County. The over eight miles of wooded trails allow the opportunity to explore the land where the largest all-cavalry battle of the Civil War took place.
Admission
The trails are open to the public, free of charge, for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Regulations
The Trevilian Battlefield Station Trails are accessible by foot or horseback riding only; no bikes or motorized vehicles are permitted on the trails.
Management
The Trails are managed by the Louisa County Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department in partnership with the Trevilian Station Battlefield Foundation. There is no 911 address designated for this location.
