Adoption Policy
We embrace inclusive, barrier-free adoption policies. We offer same-day adoptions, and free adoptions are available:
- For certain breeds
- For long-stay animals
- For first responders and medical professionals
- Through Pets for Patriots
- Through Seniors for Seniors
- Through our "Bogo" for cat pairs
- As a situation requires
Our process is very simple, but we do require in-person adoptions to make sure the pet is a good fit with your family. We do not require an appointment and welcome anyone to stop by when we are open! You may also complete our online Adoption Consultation Form to indicate your interest in an animal and/or allow staff to match you with an animal.
