Spring Green is a proposed residential community offering a variety of housing types as well as a mixed-use building at the prominent corner of Kloeckner Road and Rt 15. The total project area is 19.98 acres, currently zoned R2, C-1, and A2. This request is to rezone the entirety of the project area to PUD (Planned Unit Development), in order to create a unified character to the proposed development. Spring Green is focused on building a quality community that has sufficient density to support the commercial development in the surrounding area while providing benefits to all residents throughout Louisa County. Residential housing options include single family detached homes, attached townhomes, and multi-family apartments within the mixed-use building. There are two proposed access points into the development, one off of Route 15 and another off of Kloeckner Road.
