Projects in Application Phase

The application process indicates the application has been submitted to Community Development. During this phase, staff assigns an application number and the application and attachments are then reviewed for completeness. Staff will notify the applicant if any additional documentation is required.

Please note we're in the process of updating our Land Use Application Database to make it more integrated with our website. During this transition process, you may still access the current version of the Land Use Applications Database for a more complete list of projects.
